Return Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and will issue a store credit.  All returns are subject to our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse a return without a receipt or if the item is used or damaged. We reserve the right to deny any return.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a receipt.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards 
  • Personalized items
  • Custom orders
  • Sample Sale or Prototypes
  • FINAL Sale items
  • Candles or perishable items

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed and a credit will be applied in the form of a gift card within 7 days minus the cost of shipping.

Final Sale items  
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges  
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged due to craftmanship. We do not replace or repair items due to abuse or normal wear and tear on leather.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
