Returns
At Holy Cow Leather Goods, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are in some way unhappy with your leather goods, please feel free to bring your unused, unworn items back to us within 14 DAYS of your purchase to receive a STORE CREDIT.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a store credit or exchange. ALL RETURNS are subject to our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse a return without a receipt or if the item is used or damaged. We reserve the right to deny any return.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and unworn in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards 
  • Personalized items
  • Custom orders
  • Sample Sale or Prototypes
  • FINAL Sale items


To start your return, please email us or visit our store within 14 days of your purchase.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed and a credit will be applied in the form of a gift card within 7 days.

Final Sale items  
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to craftmanship. We do not replace or repair items due to abuse or normal wear and tear on leather.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us FIRST and then mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
