Refund policy

Returns
At Holy Cow Leather Goods, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please bring or mail your unused, unworn items back to us within 14 DAYS of your purchase to receive a STORE CREDIT. ALL RETURNS are subject to our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse a return without a receipt or if the item is used or damaged. We reserve the right to deny any return.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and unworn in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards 
  • Personalized items
  • Custom orders
  • Items on Sale 
  • Sample Sale or Prototypes
  • FINAL Sale items


To start your return, please email us or visit our store within 14 days of your purchase.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed and a credit will be applied in the form of a gift card within 7 days.

Final Sale items  
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale and final sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to craftmanship. We do not replace or repair items due to abuse or normal wear and tear on leather.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We prefer UPS.
